Cancellation Policy

ALL CANCELLATIONS MUST BE DONE BY CALLING THE SALON Appointments longer than 2 hours must cancel at least 48 hours before appointment time otherwise a fee of 50% of the missed service will be required before booking your next appointment. Appointments less than 2 hours must cancel at least 24 hours before appointment time otherwise a fee of 50% of the missed service will be required before booking your next appointment. Canceling the day of your appointments will result in a fee of 85% of the missed service required before booking your next appointment. All no showed appointments will not be able to rebook and charged 100% of missed service. We value all of our clients time and expect ours to be valued in return. Thank you for understanding❤️ Skye’s Hampton Hair Deposit Policy At our salon, a deposit is required for all chemical services for new clients. Deposits range from 30–50% of the appointment total and are non-refundable. This amount will be applied toward your scheduled service. If needed, your appointment may be rescheduled one time without losing your deposit. With sufficient notice, your deposit may also be transferred toward retail products. A deposit is required to secure your appointment and to respect the time, expertise, and preparation of our stylists. We appreciate your cooperation and look forward to providing you with top-tier service
